Landlord & Tenant Info
Tavares Ridge Condominium Homeowners Association Board must give written approval for tenants and roommates or co-occupants. The required forms and other helpful information is below.
New Rental Application and Background Check

1) TRCHA via RealManage's TenantEvaluation will run a background check for each individual
2) The Board will review the application(s) and results.
3) The Board will schedule a meeting with applicant(s), on either a Monday or Thursday at 6:00pm at the Tavares Public Library within 15 days after receiving the background check results
ALL individuals residing in the unit will need to complete an application and have a background check conducted. ALL individuals residing in the unit will need to meet with the Board of Directors prior to obtaining approval.
All tenants and their guests are expected to abide by our Rules and Regulations. All Rules & Regulations are strictly enforced.
If anyone is found renting their unit without written approval OR if you have rented your unit without following the proper procedures of the rental application, background check, and BOD meeting, you will lose your rental privileges for 6 months up to one year and you will have to request to be placed back on the waiting list for your unit to be added as a rental.
Renters must follow the community rules & regulations. A background check will be run on each adult. You have one Owner parking space. Additional cars can use any unmarked "guest" space. If there are more than two cars, the additional cars must park near the water tank across from the pool. There is absolutely NO street parking or driving or parking on the grass. If the Landlord/Unit Owner allows pets, you are limited to 2 dogs. Dogs must be kept on a leash and you must pick up after your pets. Trash is to be put inside the dumpster, boxes broken down and any large items placed outside the dumpster need to be called into Waste Management for pick up. Adding or changing plants must be approved by the Board in writing. Only two human heart beats are allowed per bedroom. (4 occupants for a two bedroom and 6 for a three bedroom). Violations will be issued and documented if the rules and regulations are not followed. Failure to remedy a violation or repeat offenses are subject to fines and possible loss of rental priviledges.
