Our pool is for residents of Tavares Ridge Condos only. Residents are allowed a limited number of guests at the pool with them. Guests are not allowed at the pool alone.  Our current pool vendor is Waterman. They are on site 3 times a week to check the chemicals. They monitor the equipment and other items as well. It is not their responsibility to move furniture. If you notice something is amiss at the pool please contact our RealManage and if you have a photo that would help her understand the issue better. Pool RULES:  Yes they apply to every single person. The Board has the right to change the rules. Click HERE for a copy or 

the rules are as follows: 

​

--All swimmers must shower before entering pool.

 

--No alcohol, food, or glass allowed in the fenced area.

 

--Maximum number of swimmers in pool is 20.

 

--All residents and guests using the pool do so at their own risk and sole responsibility.

 

--Pool keys required – Six individuals per key. No children under 16 unless accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

 

--No animals in pool or inside fenced area. No tethering pets.

 

--Noisy and unruly conduct not permitted. No diving, running, jumping, or climbing of fences or on furniture.

 

--No diapered babies allowed in pool.

 

--Floats or inflatable toys are not permitted – safety devices for small children are allowed.

 

--Ropes, life rings, etc. for emergencies only. The hose is not for play.

 

--Trespassers after pool closing subject to prosecution.

 

--POOL PARKING Parking at the designated pool parking area is permitted only for users of the pool during posted pool hours. Parking of vehicles by guests and residents is permitted in the designated pool parking area ONLY during non-pool hours only.

 

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RESIDENTS AND GUESTS ALIKE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES.

VIOLATIONS MAY BE CAUSE FOR CLOSING THE POOL.
