New Unit Owner Application and Background Check Fee

1) TRCHA via RealManage's TenantEvaluation will run a background check for each individual

2) The Board will review the application(s) and results.

3) The Board will schedule a meeting with applicant(s), on either a Monday or Thursday at 6:00pm at the Tavares Public Library within 15 days after receiving the background check results

If a company is purchasing, please note that needs to be on the application with the contact person's info, and who is actually living in the condo. The owner must own the condo for at least 12 months before renting is allowed. All tenants are required to also apply for approval.

ALL individuals on the Title/Deed and/or residing in the unit will need to complete an application and have a background check conducted. ALL individuals on the Title/Deed and/or residing in the unit will need to meet with the Board of Directors prior to obtaining approval.
