SALES OR RENTALS
Tavares Ridge Condominium Homeowners Association Board must give written approval for unit sales BEFORE ANY CLOSING DATE IS SET, AND FOR ALL TENANTS AND CO-OCCUPANTS. The Board will schedule a meeting with the buyer, tenant or co-occupant within 15 days after the background is completed. Please note that the Co-Occupant INCLUDES anyone who will be included on the Deed or residing at the unit
If approval has not been obtained the sale or lease is null & void. An owner must live in the unit for 12 months before asking if they can rent their unit.

New Unit Owner Application and Background Check

1) TRCHA via RealManage's TenantEvalution will run a background check for each individual
2) The Board will review the application(s) and results.
3) The Board will schedule a meeting with applicant(s), on either a Monday or Thursday at 6:00pm at the Tavares Public Library within 15 days after receiving the background check results
ALL individuals on the Title/Deed and/or residing in the unit will need to complete an application and have a background check conducted. ALL individuals on the Title/Deed and/or residing in the unit will need to meet with the Board of Directors prior to obtaining approval.
