NOTICE: 

Before you rent your unit you must obtain an approval from the Board. We have a limited number of rentals allowed. All adults living in the unit must complete an application and background check before moving in. Renters are required to comply with all Rules & Regulations and governing documents.

Do not
walk between back & forth between the trees to go to the Publix Shopping Plaza. This is trespassing and against our Rules & Regulations.

Parking spots marked with "Owner" and the unit number are ONLY for Unit Owners. Anyone else parking in a Unit Owner spot can be towed and will be responsible for towing fees. There is no parking in the street or the grass. Additional parking is on the hill by the water tank or near the front entrance. Do not park in other Owner's designated parking spots.

We have towing signs on the property and will tow at the owner's expense - vehicles parked in the street, in the grass, at the pool during pool hours if you are using it as guest parking, abandoned vehicles, junk cars, and cars with expired or invalid tags. No boats, trailers, etc. are to be in the owner or guest parking spots or they will be towed at the owner's expense. 

Our road is a private road for community residents only and the speed limit is 15 MPH. We expect everyone to drive slowly and stop at all stop signs. Thank you!
